I did and I wasn't gonna tail him LOL since I had his license plate but this was within a few blocks of where I live and it just un-nerved me. I know it isn't an excuse. I texted my mom as I was following him and sent her the picture and his address too just in case. Stupid yes then again on the other hand if it saves someones life i'm all for it.
