That only a person who been there would understand. Visual messages, other dimensional beings. When my energy was really low. I seen monsters. I couldn't sleep at night. My Aunty have me a mantra; I am protected by the white light of the lord. Nothing negative can hurt me. I put unicorns in my room as they to me was the symbol of protection. It wasn't until the lion came to me in a dream that I was able to control it. It was crazy and frightening and even now I find myself jumping and trying to catch up with the new reality.
