On some level the false pretenses are being shed, no one would believe what's been going on if I told you. Everything is coming together nicely though. |

This has occurred within the past two days and is actually part of things going well, as I've said. The idea now is to take the energy in this thread, and run it headlong into the energy of that "kingdom," the two of which should be roughly equivalent. The synchronicity is like an early Christmas gift. |

I can't listen right now, YT is blocked at work, but eh, they got nothin' for me to do today so I may take a foray out to the car and crank it @ 800 watts using my iPhone :D It better be symphonic or industrial or I might be mildly disappointed :) Never told you about that... my father had reservations dropping the cell line on his family plan that my mother used for years and years, so he passed it down to me. She always hated the fact I didn't have a cell phone, and so now I do for free as my father foots the bill. Is probably a bit trippy for others in the family to ring up Mom's number when they need to reach me :) |

cerebrose User ID: 73253886 United States 11/08/2016 01:17 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Here, we demonstrate that the facilitation of NQO1 activity by feeding B-lapachone (BL), an exogenous NQO1 co-substrate, prevented age-dependent decline of motor and cognitive function in aged mice. BL-fed mice did not alter their food-intake or locomotor activity but did increase their energy expenditure as measured by oxygen consumption and heat generation. Mitochondrial structure and numbers were disorganized and decreased in the muscles of control diet group but those defects were less severe in BL-fed aged mice. Furthermore, for a subset of genes associated with energy metabolism, mice fed the BL-diet showed similar changes in gene expression to the CR group (fed 70% of the control diet). These results support the potentiation of NQO1 activity by a βL diet and could be an option for preventing age-related decline of muscle and brain functions. Quoting: Beta-Lapachone, a Modulator of NAD Metabolism, Prevents Health Declines in Aged Mice [link to www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov (secure)] The quinone-containing compound, B-lapachone (3,4-dihydro-2,2-dimetyl-2H-naphthol[1,2-b]pyran-5,6-dione; [BL]), originally obtained from the Lapacho tree, has been used for medical purposes [6], [7]. Both in vitro and in vivo, BL facilitates the NQO1-dependent oxidation of NADH to NAD+ by receiving two electrons from NADH [3]. The capacity of BL to modulate NAD turnover is totally dependent on NQO1 as these effects were abolished in NQO1 knockout cells [8]. Electron acceptors for the win?
