I spend a ton of time floating in salt water. The energy loves it there and one of the only places I can be alone.

I sometimes stay in there for 3 to 4 hours. Sometimes multiple times a week. I utilize sea salt imported from the Dead Sea..and add sage leaves. I pray over the water every time.

I go to bed at same time every night and get up at the same time. Regardless of whether I sleep.

Sensory deprivation makes it a lot louder. That why trying to fall asleep, is problematic.

Re: Mad World
Seer777, Idk if you tried this one before or not:

Maybe get some high quality brand of multiple bass speakers in a room where you are able to rest or sleep, put headset & mic on, selection of a favourited music...

(turns music on and set to normal while bass volume to high), bathe yourself in insane amount of high vibrations - drowning out the unwanted entanglements / energy.

Optionally, speak your voice and hear yourself speaking loudly and clear. In sync with music or something like that.

moshpit - Music and your voice.

Idk if what I said could work.. permanently or temporary. Or whatever that can help a bit.

As for me, I have no large bass speakers to test out and can't test/buy due to neighbors and whatnot (they might complain about the noise and maybe vibrations too).

Not exactly true. You live from the inside out instead of the outside in.

The only insight it creates is totemizing experience (object awareness or graphically incarnating experience) allowing temporal bonding to slide as it is conducive to review.

It creates a sensitivity to reconnecting to sense (sensorium)process and allows reboot in articulate hands.

Seer seems to create the parameters to loop the experience.

But we've already explored stockholm syndrome and the proclivity to orgasm during violation.

On that cheery note; I'm finally and irrevocably off for summer.

Thanks hon. I appreciate the effort. You were spot on with teleghost earlier.

I have a pair of Beats headphones I am often wearing. Music enhances the energy. There is no physical sound to the energy other than occasion high pitched rings that last a split second.

Usually when it really wants my attention. Spoken word in ghost-telepathy I feel the impact of the waveform, of the word.

So when I say things like 'Go away' I can feel it reply back, 'No'. That generally when I start to get mad. It usually goes from there.

It is an uneasy balance that has taken this long, to get this far.

No. It is a manifestation of the energy purposely keeping me awake. It knows what It is doing and so do I. I try to force it away and it forces itself, right back.

I've wrestled with that question a lot. If attention to boundaries can't be found..then I want to be disconnected completely. I have tried scores of ways to distance myself and nothing has worked.

The general takeaway I get when being kept awake all night long, is two-fold. The first, that It is purposely punishing me for some slight it believes I have done or wants me to comply with something I don't want to or knows I won't.

The second..is that is thinks it is protecting me while I sleep. This is not the case. Being keeping me awake puts me at far greater risk.

That's why I keep bringing it up.

And I won't go gently.

It's a boundary problem.

Just like in real life..if you told someone to back off..they would have to or the police could be called. People respect boundaries they can see, generally speaking.

It is not like that..with this.

That's if anyone even believes you. That's part why I keep talking about it. Because it never stopped.

The only loops to see in this regard, are me either trying to makes sense, or break free.

One can be tortured with pleasure too. And it is a real mind-job.

Hope that makes sense.

How to make sense of any of this? That's why I wanted to think about it like the Sense8, way back when I started this thread. I was still very confused to what was happening..and no where near prepared for what would happen..

..

I'm still open to the possibility, that is not as insidious as I consider it now.

I can tell you no ritual, prayer, or cleansing does anything.

I think of it kinda like some wonderful drug, while also being physically debilitating. Once touched..it will either always be sought or always be missed. Finding the balance is a constant contending.

It's like that.

I wonder to myself; Why aren't we trying to make betterment of ourselves and bring improvements to the world? Say.. like Star Trek.

I see nothing wrong with the utopia dream, I see it as an opportunity to constantly improve and exercise our capabilities as human beings. And possibly evolve further in future or so for next generations of human beings.

I think it might all start with understanding the standardization of paradigm itself.

Utopia will never work..because many, many are not altruistic. They have neither empathy nor care for the common good. They are purely concerned for their own affairs and how that will give them an edge over another.

One of the reasons I love working for myself. I don't have to try to step over anyone and only have the potential for personal improvement in my field.

Competition leads to a better product or result because people naturally are attracted to what they admire. Whether that be a person, song, or trends.

One bad apple analogy. It's true.

Once someone or thing comes along that knows it can dominate..it will. That's just the way it is.

At the naked truth..it all comes down to mating. And in mating..there will always be competition. It is what furthers our species. For better or for worse depending on what traits we choose to admire as a group.

There's a lot to be said about hitting bottom.

Someone once told me..Hell is looking up and only seeing yourself.

I disagree, Hell is the fear of, Hell. Looking down and hoping circumstance doesn't just come along to kick you down the well..

No one is immune to circumstance. Like that Dutch billionaire that lost 3 of his children on Easter, in that bombing that everyone has already forgot about.

No amount of anything, will ever make up for that loss.

Rebuilding is left to those that can steady themselves after the fall.

Most turn to escape, as the sucking sucking chest wound..doesn't ever heal.

Re: Mad World
I wonder to myself; Why aren't we trying to make betterment of ourselves and bring improvements to the world? Say.. like Star Trek.

So, that is life. Deal with it. Let dreams be damned.

Next time a kid tell you his or her dreaming, tell him or her that there is no dreaming but money, sex, and slave till death. Nothing more. Plain truth.

I don't talk to a lot of kids..but I use to. I was good at it, because I believe in people. And children are little people.

I took care of scores of other people's kids. They were all unique. I had to face a classroom of them, only hours after 9/11 had been blasted across the world.

One of my 5 y/os asked me what had happened. I had no answer for her. She said, I heard bad men flew planes into a building.

All I could say was..Ask your parents.

We can all pretend it is year-round Christmas or we can take a hard look at where things are going.
