One pillow for my head, and one long body pillow to put my arm and leg around. I also have to wear the tank tops I sleep in, inside out, so the inner stitching doesn’t irritate me. On the sensitivity note, in general, I’ve noticed my senses become even more sensitive when the energy is strong. Especially touch, my hearing, and sense of smell. My partner calls me 'princess and the pea' and I do take my pillows anywhere I have to sleep that is not my bed. I've been doing it since my first sleep overs with my grandma. Sleeping on a pillow other people sleep on, I find personally disturbing. Differences in sensitivity to psychic or physical stimulus between the ancient Scythian Royal caste and other castes is emphasized in the west by the Tale of the Princess and the Pea. This story has a variant in Hinduism which itself shares a common Aryan cultural root with the Scythians. Here the difference between a Brahmin and a Ksatriya attracts comment and it becomes clear that a tendency toward heightened physical sensitivity distinguishes the Royal Priest from the Noble Warrior. One is quite clearly encouraged to associate caste difference with physical difference and conclude that caste was not a matter of social status but of physical and psychological function. On the sensitivity note, in general, I’ve noticed my senses become even more sensitive when the energy is strong. Especially touch, my hearing, and sense of smell. Even a slight breeze during, can bother me. Yep. I have a leg pillow too. :P For sure. I recall during the first couple years of the energy..i could feel/hear the sound waves bounce back from a fly hitting the window. A car door closing down the street would send the sound wave through me. I've compared it in the past, to being underwater in a bathtub and knocking on the side of the tub. The sound is amplified. I also describe the energy when it is strong..like standing in front of a blast speaker..without the actual sound..just the waves and pressure. My partner enjoys crabbing. And he is good at it. Pulling up crab pots on a boat requires a lot of upper body strength..not that females can't do it. I just want to relax next to the water and practice fishing. If I caught one, that would make my year. Kraft singles don't taste very good..but a Kraft single sandwich on white bread with mayo and mustard and some sour cream and onion chips all smashed together, is the tops nostalgia food from childhood. I don’t buy into all of it. The Quickening part is interesting. As that means the first time you feel a baby move in your womb, and there are often sensations, that feel just like that.
