I was kinda hoping someone here would destroy it. But. It has become far more mellow than it was. Anyone that believed 'OP' after he said 'Suri was a triplet', was fooling themselves. He is a good talker. That is true. Difficulties strengthen the Mind as labor does the body... ~Seneca |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 71397065 United States 02/16/2016 08:26 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Morning ladies, everyone. Quoting: Seer777 Energy is pretty strong this morning. Have you ever utilized your breath Ava, to increase the intensity of the energy? Good morning I have :) I've taken deep, but short (in duration) breaths in, and held them in. I likened it to the idea of 'ankhing' . I'm sure its completely a passé subject by now but my favorite breathing is in through your nose, deep long breath utilizing that seldom used upper portion of your lungs really flooding your brain with oxygen, holding it there as long as is comfortable, letting it out controlled and slow and completely emptying your lungs slowly through your mouth. Again resting at the bottom of the breath as long as is comfortable. Then repeating. Concentrating on making the silence at top and bottom breath longer and longer and the feeling the total nothingness there provides. As if dead. :coolstory: |

You can lose hours. Like 8 hours. Hallucinations, astral traveling. Its a trip. I met the dude made out of a tree stump doing it. |

He asks you for a password or something to get into the woods he guards. There's a cave there. Its deep. Like to the ancient bowls of the earth deep. I won't tell you all the goodies in between but at the end is a man wearing what looks like antlers but it is actually roots. If your lucky he'll let you wear the headpiece and connect to the world through the root syztem . The password I had and didn't know it and I forgot it as soon as I spoke it. |

I recently started feeding him a little cheese. I think that may stop. My doggies love bananas and cantelope He loves fruit. Gets pear every day. Sweet potato. Sometimes apple. When my friends were here, their baby threw her food all over the floor as babies do. Roman was her new BFF. Aww, I bet she was:) Be careful with the sweet potato, mine love them too but my daughter said to stop feeding it to them. Seems they are seeing some ill effects in their health... I know a lot of dog foods still have it. I'm inclined to figure that sensical since beta-carotene's conversion into vitamin A requires adequate thyroid function, and, given beta-carotene's "polyunsaturated" nature, its build-up could perpetuate a hypothyroid cycle.
