So was just reading about smell and how it is the only sense that has no biological interpretation system before entering the brain for cognition.

Speed of perception creates greater seperation, thus the perception of denser time.

Bornless Ritual

The Bornless Ritual, also known as the Preliminary Invocation of the Goetia, or the Invocation of the Heart Girt with a Serpent, is often considered the proper preliminary invocation to the Ars Goetia since it was introduced as such by Aleister Crowley..............

Re: Mad World
That combination made it seem like most of the mantle’s movement went into pulling the crust around, so scientists hadn’t focused very much on the other direction: towards or away from the planet’s core. It seemed like there wasn’t much of this vertical motion going on around the world, and that it could only cause small changes at most.

New research by a team from the University of Cambridge suggests that this isn’t the case. The group used data from over 2,000 sites around the world to measure the amount of vertical movement in the mantle, and they found that it’s much more common than anyone thought.

Instead of slowly varying over tens of thousands of kilometres like earlier models predicted, it changes over only a couple thousand kilometres, just like the sideways motion does. And that’s a huge difference

Goes with this

The term condenser is an older word for what we now know as a capacitor, or an electrical machine capable of storing energy. Tesla thought that the Ark generated static electricity by causing air to rub against curtains. This created static electricity which was then stored inside the Ark, turning the box into a giant Leyden Jar.

 Quoting: Ava9

In electricity, a corona discharge is an electrical discharge brought on by the ionization of a fluid surrounding a conductor that is electrically charged. Spontaneous corona discharges occur naturally in high-voltage systems unless care is taken to limit the electric field strength. The corona will occur when the strength (potential gradient) of the electric field around a conductor is high enough to form a conductive region, but not high enough to cause electrical breakdown or arcing to nearby objects

[link to en.m.wikipedia.org (secure)]
 Quoting: Ava9

These "corona discharges" give a faint light that is visible in the dark. St. Elmo's fire is an example of a continuous corona discharge. It is not a form of lightning.

This is the true offering of the life-source spoken of above and I had one of those wonderful moments of excitement when I realised that the Ark of the Covenant, in-order to ‘work’ properly also had to be sprinkled with blood. It had to in effect have a ka offering. This was the same as the Shroud, which was to be ‘sprinkled’ with the blood of the Christ, himself seen as the offering by the pagan’s who converted to Christianity and who had previously practised the Blot rituals.

Goes with

I don't know if any of you have caught it but there's a fascinating show on hulu called "The Path"

It's about a cult which follows "the eye of light".
It's a Hulu original. I went into it skeptical for that reason but I came away extremely impressed.

The characters are quite complex and their relationship to the cult is ambiguous. It doesn't proselytize the cult nor demonize it. It raises some extremely interesting questions about the place of spirituality in our culture and does so with a sort of spiritual group that deviates in almost every significant way from Christianity and yet somehow manages to be similar in certain significant ways.

This show left me thinking - like, it is one of those shows that I just randomly find myself pondering because it's not only interesting but the way it's done everything is so symbolic.

I do highly recommend it, if anybody has Hulu.
 Quoting: Kayli's L|ark

That looks interesting. This came up about the eye of light pertaining to eye of ra. I think it said somewhere that enlightenment is filling both eyes with light. One eye being mortal and two eyes being immortal. But who knows, lol
 Quoting: Fancypantz

So single eye refers to being trapped in mortality or material world, supposedlyafro
 Quoting: Fancypantz

Two eyes is upper and lower egypt with is what nekhbet and wadjet represent. The tying of both is filling light
