Seer777 (OP) Ride the wings of the mind User ID: 77080859 United States 11/20/2018 03:42 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I paused Daredevil show series on Netflix a short while ago. Now almost to last show of season 3. Quoting: Xlegic The Daredevil limited series by Frank Miller was among some first comic books I read as kid. Imagine if those Daredevil series on Netflix were on shelf in a video store during 1990s... the experience would be more awesome. All I gotta get in and pay about $4.00 (Honestly, I forgot) for like two shows and I'd get thrown in a free bag of popcorn. Or rent horror and sci-fiction movies, in 3 movies for almost same price. Its weird.. I was more eager to watch almost any kind of movies in 90s but not same as now. The experience of watching and reading in 90s was... Rich. Going to the video store and then later Blockbuster or Hollywood Video, was great simple pleasure as a youth, that the newer generations, will never know. Only 12 copies available of new releases..offered a sense of urgency and gambling. Finding them all checked out and browsing the aisles for a half hour for something else. Good times. The good old days [link to imgur.com (secure)] Thanks for bringing back some fond memories. And of course it took half an hour of browsing. New releases were $5 bucks each....weeklies were 3 for $5! These were what we had instead of blockbuster here [link to imgur.com (secure)] Some of Family Guy is funny, clever.. I had a friend whose dad owned one of the few non-box stores in town, and he would get the new releases sent to his house before they dropped in the store. It's a bit too heavy for me. It is not a feel good show that is for sure. Most episodes left me with a disturbed feeling at the end. I still rate it as a quality show and would recommend it to others who like trippy shit. Didn't realize each episode was it's own story. Been watching bits of each episode since Certainly have their "disturbing" element, but seems to be a very clever show. Yeah it is like watching short films that have no happy endings lol. Sol you should check out the augmented reality episode from Season one. Season one is the much better, at least in my opinion. Do you mean the 15 million merits episode? *Glitches May Occur. You should play with me seer. Quoting: Light of my Little Left Eye I loved Neverwinter Nights way back when.. Top 5 all-time games for me. I just can't focus on games, the way I once use to. I did however, just buy a bunch of baking stuff. I'm inspired to learn a new skill and I know I would be good at it. I've been baking since I was 4 or 5 and was making cream puffs and pudding cakes, and jam by 6 or 7. Only problem with baking is the high calories and large portions, so I'm getting into smaller things like 6-inch cakes. Have you watched The Great British Baking Show? The seasons with these 2 ladies are my favorite.. [link to www.youtube.com (secure)] Last Edited by Seer777 on 11/21/2018 05:00 PM Difficulties strengthen the Mind as labor does the body... ~Seneca |

When the fires were raging, the power was out, and the shooting happened down the road the day prior, my ex texted me out of nowhere to say he was satan and the hills were burning. He was joking, but I say that as "joking" - he's always been open to possession, and that is the archetype that possessing him. But out of nowhere recently, he started dreaming of me compulsively. He got so upset and scared he'd never see me again, he drove to my house and asked my mom where I was. He demanded to see me. He ran inside and told me that he feared I'd disappeared forever. He'd lost his phone, but he said he'd find me anywhere. He'd look for me wherever I went. Recently he's started crawling into my window at night when I'm asleep and I can't open the door for that reason. Anybody else? I'd be creeped out. But with him, it's like welcoming home the most comfortable presence I know. But, he IS chaos. It's just a symbol. Chaos is obsessed with me. Chaos needs me. It's not my choice. I was thinking about how the fires were like Satan reaching out, trying to touch me, but keeping me safe, saying subtly, I am here. And the archetype speaks... I felt so sick about that shooting. Sick to my stomach, so sick. My neighbor was at the park walking her dog when it happened. She heard the shots and thought at first with the screaming it was some sort of frat party. People screaming and hugging each other. But then she kept hearing the shots and heard the crying and realized it was a real shooting. She was across the road and handled it calmly. Her car was right next to borderline so she suggested to her friend they walk their dogs in the other direction. Apparently a billion off duty cops arrived with guns and bullet proof vests and she couldn't get out of there for two hours. If I had been there...not a fear of death thing, but a sick to my goddamn stomach thing, it would have been. I don't ask for the death and destruction, nor do I want it. My ex said he was convinced he was the antichrist as a teenager. He said he wanted that role because the antichrist, however he is percieved, is supposed to put an end to war. So there is this chaos that exists which doesn't destroy but illustrates. What happened to me in california made me realize this archetype truly is obsessed with me. I'm not asking for chaos, it's asking for me. |

I'm not asking for chaos, it's asking for me. It's rarely my choice. All I can do is try to avoid being overwhelmed, which also doesn't always work. There is a line, that once crossed, causes the chaos to gain a foothold. Generally extreme sexual energy, instead of the non-sexual kind and the amount of force, behind it.. Creative energy the destroyer then utilizes, to then destroy in a syncy manner..such that guilt is felt. I'm not sure what to say about your Ex other than, people are generally 'exes' for a reason and obsession is not a healthy form of attachment. Crawling through your window just sounds weird and potentially dangerous. I think you need someone more grounded personally speaking. I mentioned the 'Nothing inside' caused by depression, in a post to I made to you, a week back or so. Like the song Borderline and the bar.. Lately I don't feel anything. she said I was depressed. I told her that's not right at all. I'm not sad or happy. I just exist. The future isn't anything. When I try to imagine it, it's just empty space. so I linger and hover, I'm nowhere. It's almost like not existing. That's what depression is. It is not feeling sad. It is feeling nothing. The inability to feel, enjoy, or care about much of anything. Apathy. Does it make sense now, why you would be attracted to Chaos? And likely why it is attracted to you? It's the nothing inside.
