Am sure it it kundalini cos it started at the base of the spine and was stuck in my back and shoulders during those years of 3rd eye inactivity. Quite painful.. now it has moved up through the back and shoulders into neck/throat/head regions How do spirits appear to you? Shaktipat is the spiritual transference of energy from one person to another. It is how I think I was initially activated.. It doesn't hurt for me though. The sensation is always really pleasant, but annoying if I don't want it. Like if you don't want to see something you can close your eyes, plug your nose, or ears. Not this. Shaktipat can be equated to energy vampirism but only when the receiver is unwilling, to the 'guru' moving the..energy. The Force. It is called that for a reason.
