If you haven't watched Chernobyl the memes might seem bizarre but if you have it should make sense. Radiation is invisible. What he is pointing to in the meme, is graphite. Not concrete. The firefighter that picks up a piece in the beginning scene I linked..doesn't know what it is. He holds the equivalent of 4,000,000 chest X rays in his hand. Without knowing it. Hope that makes sense. I feel there is lots of radiation all over the place now. I also feel that there is a 'cosmic cloud' we are in...if that makes sense. If you haven't watched Chernobyl I highly recommend. Really put it all into perspective. If things go wrong..they go really wrong and can wipe out the planet. We all know this. I think the most devastating part..was due Borgs direct connection to the fabled Archons(Legion?)..and how that would just make sense of this entire simulated, self-serving prison, we all find ourselves. The firefighter held that piece of graphite for less than a minute. He didn't know. Shortly later the skin on his hand begins to pull apart and disintegrate. I thought about this for a couple weeks and decided radiation is like invisible, tactile-less, boiling water being poured over the body.
