I spend a ton of time floating in salt water. The energy loves it there and one of the only places I can be alone.
I sometimes stay in there for 3 to 4 hours. Sometimes multiple times a week. I utilize sea salt imported from the Dead Sea..and add sage leaves. I pray over the water every time.
I go to bed at same time every night and get up at the same time. Regardless of whether I sleep.
Sensory deprivation makes it a lot louder. That why trying to fall asleep, is problematic.

Correct. It comes from outside me. It joins me. I've been saying that all along. but you just described a place as being one of the places you can be alone, and yet it is able to join you there. so have you or have you not found a place you can be alone? I have not found any place the energy can not find me other than deep sleep.
