Correct. It comes from outside me. It joins me. I've been saying that all along.

No. It is a manifestation of the energy purposely keeping me awake. It knows what It is doing and so do I. I try to force it away and it forces itself, right back. I've wrestled with that question a lot. If attention to boundaries can't be found..then I want to be disconnected completely. I have tried scores of ways to distance myself and nothing has worked.
