I believe you and it is very distracting. I've had what you describe, since January 2012..

No amount of barefoot walking in the grass, prayers to God, sitting on bags of salt, fasting, salt baths, eating tons of sage, did much of anything for me. What worked for me was sleeping. Sleeping as much and as long as possible, so when I woke up I wasn't as connected.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.



It's not always like that..but when it is..good luck getting anything done. Masturbation makes it worse.

Sleep is the only thing that worked for me.

If you do choose to use them, you must never lose your presence of mind.

Control is absolutely essential when you take intoxicants, no matter what anyone may tell you. If you hallucinate when you are intoxicated, it indicates that your system is not yet ready for that quantity of Sakti.
