The weather has been all over the place today.

From skies so dark I had to turn on the lights, to rainbows to the North, to overcast and broken clouds. Even see a little blue sky poking through here and there.

Good day to make cookies.

I really enjoy how they fill the house with delicious smells. Taste good too.

I saw an episode of one of the baking shows and they made apple crumble. I wanted to make and apple crisp like my mom use to, but don't have enough apples.
