She's got a lot more research to do but I believe she's on the right track. Certain aspects of geoengineering are already a reality. The full impact is yet unknown and may never be known but enough has come to light in order for me to think its a bad, bad thing. And I do believe it is the biggest threat to global weather 'stability' as I don't think they know what they're really doing. Application as a weapon is without doubt a possibility, as well as the implications of controlling the populous through drought, flood, starvation and devastation.

A thread by Captain Asswipe was mysteriously missing when I got back on this morning. I'm kind of hoping he was given his marching orders and flew out of GLP town.
I don't think they can keep it under wraps much longer. There's very little governance over the entire spectrum of 'Weather Manipulation'. The clandestine nature of it all is what will see it undone, hopefully. More and more people are looking up and asking questions and not believing the crapola answers they're being given.
