It was an epic journey for me, leaving my home country when I was 25 and claiming a dream to live in paradise.
It was hard leaving family and friends, but life is short, and dreams are few.
Getting residence was not easy, but it was worth the hard work and 5 years of stress obtaining it.

Kylo Ren is one of the greatest villains ever.
Adam Driver is brilliant in the role, defintly the star of the film and the biggest victory of the Star Wars revival.

I thought that he would struggle to come across ad anything more than a place holder for Darth Vader.
But no, he was so much more.
Darth Vader was brilliant, but more collected in his malice.
Kylo Ren is sick and broken, like the evil wields him as a puppet.
His violent outbursts and uncontrolled vengeance make him utterly formidable.

I love a deranged villain. Is Luke really not in it much though? I know we have two more episodes after this, I'm just hoping to see where the main characters from IV, V, and VI ended up.

Also i have read the complete plot line for the movie when it was leaked a few months back, I don't recall any mud-sharking going on.

The plot is Skywalker cousins 1 good 1 evil don't be surprised in the end if the join together to take out the big bad mystery sith lord guy. Every girl on an adventure needs a paladin, and they usually get friend zoned so.....we shall see.

But as far as star wars go, the kids seem to always be abandoned by their parents so I guess it might be likely

Don't expect much more than lip service appearances by any of the original cast.

Obi Wan was in all of 15 minutes of all 3 first movies, you can expect about the same.

Got my ticket for tomorrow.
Seen every Star wars in the theater, they first one was great but not the top five (Empire was better).
My appreciation for the first film is what it did for
SCI FI on film, a few classics aside, it was a joke, but
since Star wars they at least have to try to be serious.
Anyway, if its half as good as the Star Trek remake Abrams
di it will be worth it, all the Racists can keep their comments to themselves, the lead seems quite up to the job.

I loved Star Wars when I was a kid. I loved it because I looked at Luke and I wanted to be him. The whole franchise was wish fulfillment for white boys. I suspect that a lot of people will say they liked this movie. But there will be a small lingering doubt they wont understand. They can't quite get into it like before. Why? Because no one wants to be black. Target demographic fail.

I don't want to spoil it, there is so much that can be spoiled.

It's correct that he is not in it much.

Jar-jar Binks is nowhere to be seen in this movie.

Blah.....fine. I'll just binge IV, V, and VI until I see it.
