I was thinking about this myself the other day!! Obama had said he feared a nuclear attack in NYC and for a while I thought that might be the target but then I couldn't believe that the Zionists would destroy their favorite city, a lot of their friends and cohorts lived there.
Then I realized that they may have moved the fed reserve to Chicage NOT to protect it, but to destroy the evidence just like in 2001.

I think everything OP says makes perfect sense.
There should be a way to foil their plans. EXPOSE them before it's too late.
