I would rather hope they had the sense to say enough is enough and try to get to my place in the tiny village I live in...far way from the city. Your research is very sound although I may not fully agree with the time and event.
I do agree Chicago is a likely place since it seems to have been on the radar for a long time. In looking at the enemy (ISIS) I would think a Christmas attack would fit the bill symbolically more than May Day...to the Christian world, Christmas is the symbolic birth of Christ and by extension Christianity.
As to a nuke...maybe, but there are far more effective ways to create havoc. Release of biologicals at a sporting event, or in the city's water...I don't think Chicago or anywhere else for that matter has the infrastructure to prevent or uncover such a thing prior to its happening....I hope we are both wrong, but fear something is on the horizon.

With that being said you also must remember that there is no CoG drill taking place on Christmas (but there is on May 1st), and if you research the needed False Flag framework, this CoG "drill control" and overall "drill cover" is something that is required for an event of this size, especially involving a nuclear weapon (smaller events are done via DHS/HSEEP but those have a limit to their overall scale/size, while FEMA COOP/USNORTHCOM is where the big guns are). Also I don't think your understand that the goal of this wouldn't be for them to just create havoc across the country (that is part of it, and most the other side events will help cover that aspect quite well) but I think what you are missing is the fact that they literally need to destroy the physical fed/comex records... a small scale bombing attack, a cyber attack, a chemical attack, a bio attack, a shooting attack... none of them do what is needed for the Chicago element (which again requires they literally vaporize a city block surrounding Willis Tower). Again just my 2 cents, feel free to disagree. No, I don't disagree. I have re-read your initial post and it makes sense. However, it could actually be something much larger coming down the pipe than a dirty nuke in Chicago. In addition to the Fed moves, other highly unusual incidents have occurred. NORAD has recently spent $700 million to move back in to Cheyenne Mountain, All of the Alphabet agencies of the government have made massive purchases of ammo, and even the IRS and Post Office are loaded to the teeth with weapons. They are preparing for something very big. It seems to be overkill for a simple dirty bomb in Chicago. But again, I could be wrong...
