I made a thread about this weeks ago. However, I don't think it will be a "false flag". I believe it will be an actual attack from a foreign interest, or a combination of foreign interests.

Their post 9/11 "war economy" didn't work then. Why would it work now?

For now, the only communities allowed to use the water are those inside the Great Lakes Basin watershed itself — Chicago, Duluth, Milwaukee are some of the big ones. And the water they use must be cleaned up and returned to the watershed.

I agree somewhat with your statement but I think the coming false flag will be a bit more complex then you think.

The basic framework they seem to be prepping is...
1. We get attacked (false flag) which at first is blamed on ISIS (the starting patsy, Syria)
2. The false flag targets several financial centers of the US, allowing the US economic crash to be blamed on someone else instead of the US
3. The false flag would include at least 2 nuclear elements which in the background would have a Russia nuclear signature (to be used as blackmail)
4. This time (as you stated) the population in general quickly wouldn't buy the official story being told, and from this hints of a Saudi connection to the new attack would start coming out (similar to the recent outing/prep of Saudi involvement in 9/11, only this time it would takes weeks/months to happen not years).
5. From this the population would know that they weren't being told the truth and would demand Saudi involvement in both 9/11 and the new 9/11 2.0 be made public
6. Saudi Arabia seeing this outing as a threat would then start dumping its almost 1 trillion in US treasuries and would threaten to start selling its oil in Non-US-Dollars (the start of the death of the petrodollar).
7. From this the public would see this as an admission of guilt from Saudi Arabia (why do this if they weren't guilty) and the media would start officially tying ISIS to Al-Qaeda (AQAP) and would then tie both those entities (ISIS/AQAP) directly to Saudi Funding.
8. Shortly after this (once the nuke signature is tested) the official story would quickly change to the nukes appearing to be Pakistani nukes, given to Saudi Arabia, which then gave them to ISIS/AQAP to attack the US with (again, 9/11 2.0).
9. This would give the US an entry into Syria (ISIS), Libya (AQAP), Saudi Arabia (blamed for funding) and Pakistan (blamed for supplying), as well as any other country that ISIS/AQAP is said to be in that they feel like attacking (Turkey possibly being thrown under the bus as part of this).
10. Russia and the US would then ALLIE against these select countries (if they don't the nukes would be blamed on Russia instead and would actually have a Soviet signature which would put them in a bit of a corner).

Saudi Arabia would then take the full blame for not only the attacks, but also the financial collapse that would follow in several large waves. Meanwhile the attacks would destroy a huge amount of physical evidence of the elites past crimes, and do it in a way they can act as the victim instead of the cause (we didn't cause bail-ins and NIRP, the terrorists caused bail-ins and NIRP...). The population wouldn't buy the starting story (cover story), but would buy the backup story (the Saudi's did it) and with this the true perpetrators of not only 9/11 but 9/11 2.0 would again go unmentioned/unpunished. The US and Russia/China would then Allie with eachother against this scattered threat, which in the end would absorb the dying west system into the BRICS system, ending with the world system they have aimed to create this whole time (it just wont stem from the West as most expected).

Again I can't say 100% this 9/11 2.0 attack will take place during my expected timeframe (early May) BUT right now they have the PERFECT exercise framework in place to pull it off (Vital Archer (2x terrorist nuke smuggling exercise), Marble Challenge (2x terrorist nuke render-safe exercise), Vibrant Response (2x terrorist nuke detonation response exercise)) which is why this timeframe deserves some extra attention (the other timeframe that stands out would be JUST prior to the US elections on November 7, 2016).

Anyways, just my 2 cents...

May 21, 2016 is the real Mayan calendar END DATE. So early to mid May seems accurate. Also, Obama is in Saudi today, maybe for the last time ever? Why would he visit 1 month prior to attack. Waayyy to coincidental. It's the 30 DAY COUNTDOWN TO ATTACK. Something is up big time!
