I know you can't see what happens when the kid steps out of view but I notice 2 things the kid was holding the hatch near the head of the hatch (choked) not in a wielding manner. also the cop only states "back away" ( i believe recognizing this) he never states drop the hatchet or weapon.

The cop sounds calm, not panicked when stating back away.
Why didn't he tell him to drop the hatchet?

I hear an aggressive tone from the kid "Shoot me???"

then pew pew pew. and the cop calmly states "I got a white male down with a hatchet in his hand"

Free excuse to kill someone! What an awesome rush that Cop must had! I bet he got a big Stiffy on that one.


Maybe That Cop should take lesson from this cop.
