I would immediately set up a counseling session 1x a week with a qualified family counselor, just for them (separate from you), and then I'd just go with whatever the counselor suggested.
Quoting: InTheGLPHood I did this. They are both seeing a counselor now. The counselor and I met this week to discuss the situation. She said that both the girls are great kids, open and honest about their feelings.
