Anonymous Coward User ID: 96225 United States 10/19/2006 08:28 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The ulta-high profile coverage that was given to the recent death of Steve Irwin surprised me. Yes, he was a great and interesting man who'd been a part of our lives for a couple of decades via TV - but the irony of his dying from a stingray sting and the fact that it was filmed, etc., struck me as odd. I wondered at the time if this would be the first of a rash of sea-creature deaths? More warning to mankind that something is changing and not for the better? Who knows? But the deaths continue although to a less high profile group right now. My question is why and what is the "message" we're being given? The last days? Yeah, it's clear that we're at or near them. What did Revelations say about the sea? 1/3 of all sea life dies? And then more of it dies later? (Someone who's a better biblical student than I am please help me out with the exact quotes, if you please?) Something is going on. We're being told to prepare for major changes in the sea. At anyway, I think that this initial wave of deaths is a foretaste of things to come. |
