Quoting: WichitaFalls Reports saying the worst will start after midnight... I lived in Lubbock for 17 years, and I never saw a system like this (moved to Central TX in June). They are supposed to get upwards of 15" of snow with winds gusting to 55 mph, true blizzard conditions. The city has some snow plows, but they are not prepared for this type of event. |
