ISIS "TET Offensive" Will Target All 50 American State Capital Cities

I tend to agree about a 50-state coordinated attack, but I don't see why they couldn't pull off some level of coordination. It doesn't take many people to do a lot of damage.



I never said it would destroy the country. I said it would shut down the economy, and it would, at least temporarily. Unfortunately, this may be the wake up call a lot of Americans need, though. If things keep going they way they're going, we will just import millions more until they naturally take over via demographics, and if that happens, we won't be able to take the country back.

All you "bring it on" idiots have no clue. While you're sitting next to billy-bob farting, drinking beer, and watching the good ole NFL, terrorist cells will be planting bombs, poisons, and various disruption traps.

They are not going to come at you in your stinking double-wide with a squad of combatants (ie. your xBox fighting skills will be useless).

Sure if it comes down to on-the-ground-combat, you're armed and so am I. We could fight that battle. This won't be that battle, they do not have the numbers, but they do have easy access to our country, and that my friend is what is going to screw us.

There will not be any mortaring of American cities anytime soon.

The hardware is either far to difficult to acquire

Far to difficult to make in order to get 1-2 shots off.

It certainly is NOT going to happen on a widespread scale.

Hell cannons work in Syria because it is a war zone. They
have the luxury of taking their time, hauling the actual cannon
behind SUVs, fabricating the projectiles in safe areas, etc..

The same logistics would be damn near impossible to pull off here
in the States.

Further, materials that would be used for propellant are really
tough to acquire in bulk without attracting attention.

Conversely, what we are very likely to see is a dramatically
increased tempo of armed attacks on soft, unprotected targets
such as schools, churches, transport hubs like subways and
train stations, etc..

Guns and bullets are easily acquired. Explosives such as TATP
can be made in your kitchen.

These types of attacks comprise more than 90% of all terrorist attacks
worldwide. They are cheap to carry out, highly effective in
instilling chaos and fear and require minimal planning.
