Sometimes the justice system absolutely SUCKS-especially if one is poor!
Glad he got out! Hopefully he can sue and get a very very large settlement for the 30 years he lost!

So the state has been paying food and board for this scumbag for 30 years, and now they'll probably have to pay out a settlement too.

He was convicted in a court of law, wasn't he? Ergo, he was guilty. He should have gotten the chair 30 years ago and saved everyone a whole lot of trouble and money.

Calling this a justice system is a misnomer, it's a legal system, fallible by nature because it is staffed with fallible men but neccesary just the same.

Propaganda Release...

BQMTJ, with emphasis on "J"...

MURDER IN THE PARK tells the virtually unknown story of how.powerful journalists, professors, and lawyers conspired to free a clearly vicious double murderer...

Watch the documentary and see how these J's really work.

If you want total security, go to prison. There you're fed, clothed, given medical care and so on. The only thing lacking is freedom.

Ever wonder why the L.E. add so many charges during arrest that are dropped later and why the public defenders usually advises a person to not ask for a jury trial but to take a plea bargain?

The district attorney's office gets paid for every charge from state/feds and gets paid even more for every conviction. It's always about the money and not for justice.

Our justice system is a racket and the system is rigged against you. If you can always ask for a jury trial and try not to use a public defender.

Not a fan of Michael Moore but the one thing he got right is exposing the racket in a California county. Forget the name of the movie he made about it but very much worth the watch.

It is better to free 100 guilty men than risk convicting one innocent man.
