Major Energy Shift in Progress

The moon is in Capricorn. The Capricorn (mountain goat) methodically and meticulously climbs the mountain of achievement while being firmly grounded. Feeling tired, sick and migraine headaches that come and go since Dec 20th. Going to stop taking ibuprofen pills to ease the headache pain. Sensitive people around me say they have major headaches that come back too. Sleep great during the day but not at night.

Lots of ear ringing, nose, eye and ear issues, head feels as if it is full of fuzz. Maybe I am not vibrationally tuned to these energy waves, been sitting around depressed last two months recovering from surgery. It has been a time of reflection with many insights over the last 9 years. Now a new 9 year cycle begins with 2017

Sorry to read that you've been feeling discomfort. Maybe you can try essential oils instead of painkillers. Peppermint oil, lavender and rosemary oils are good to calm headaches. Also melissa oil is good. You can either rub a few drops directly on your temples and the back of your head where it meets the neck or dilute it a little in jojoba or coconut oil. (any other pure oil is good too to dilute the strong oils so they don't feel like burning. If you can handle it it's best to not dilute them though. Also smell them directly from the essential oil bottle and inhale the scent. Essential oils clear negative energy and blockages. They relieve pain and tension. They are the essence of flowers and trees with their healing properties concentrated.

It seems that you're open and sensitive, picking up the strong energy influx and internally working on completely integrating it, synchronising the inner with the outer. Be patient, you're on your best way! Wishing you all the best for a best possible recovery and good health!

We are still experiencing the Mercury Retrograde Cycle – since Dec. 19, 2016. It ends Jan. 8, 2017

Mercury Retrograde will end in the Sign of Sagittarius January 8, 2017...

This particular Mercury Retrograde requires greater attention to the purposeful use of time and greater self-control in interactions and eating – are we eating to live or living to eat? We will all have to be more careful about the words we use and the inclination to add more ego-importance to self-expression than the use of tact, self-control, and diplomacy.

Up to January 4th, those whose Sun, Mercury, Moon, or Ascendant is in Capricorn will be most seriously affected. Between Jan. 4 and 8, those with Sagittarius will be directly impacted.

Otherwise, many of you know the drill: Generally, we can count on greater misunderstandings, as all communications are more likely to suffer at varying degrees. Expect delays and/or undelivered mail or messages. EXPECT to write and rewrite in the present and WISH to rewrite the past. WAIT to get repairs done of any kind until after Mercury Retrograde ends, as repairs usually have to be made to the repair! WAIT to sign contracts and generally entering into agreements. Loving it but it tend to makes me anxious at times if not careful.

Energy intensity is elevated. Experiencing Solar Eclipse connected to Neptune and Pisces. Total new beginnings and changes in courses of action and in your lives may be imminent. There is not much you can do to avoid these shifts that also make things in your life shift other than surrendering to them, flowing along and actively participating in creating your new versions of existence and experiences.

This is a time of people being more sensitive. This means you will experience everything on a deeper level. More pain and suffering, but also more joy and happiness, probably alternating for many.

It is a time when people realize how connected everything is and how people need and help each other at all times when we're open to it. Realize that no matter what you are going through, there are always people put around you by a higher power who are there to help in different ways. Remember to be grateful and focus on the good things and blessings that are there in every situation no matter how challenging it appears to be to you.

Every hardship also presents an opportunity for transformation, growth and life experience and increasing wisdom.
All pain carries in it a huge potential of your energy to be awakened and channeled into things that serve you and humanity in more ways than you previously knew.
