If fear creeps up, go play outside, get some sun, exercise, listen to music. Send out smiles and confidence. It might sometimes feel like it's not working, but ignore any set backs and stay on track!

The shift can be seen energetically as atmospherics (in the clouds). You can see vortices, unusual forms that look like things, and also recently here in Perth I have been seeing clouds dropping down through layers (like changing densities).

On 12-21-12 I saw an amazing cloud formation (my husband saw it also) while we were driving in the country.

Clouds move, so you have to be quick to catch the meaning in the atmospherics!

Also, synchronicities are piling up like never before. You can almost see things dropping into place as things manifest in daytime that you touched on in dream state.

Just to raise awareness. At times you may feel like impending doom, almost like dying. To many this is already a familiar feeling. But this time it's happening on a higher frequency and might feel scary. keep grounding yourself and empty your mind as much as you can. Meditating can make things worse (the scary sensations) this time. It's better to move your body, feel your body, energize your body through moving meditation, sports, staying connected to it.

If you have the balls to invite the experience on a more intense level do a detox and switch to vegetables and fruits, but go slow if you've been eating all over the place. it may really accelerate things too much for one to handle and without proper guidance.

keep breaking your detox with some bread or cake if things become too strange or if your body is showing too many detox symptoms too soon.

whatever you start at this time with emotion and intent will happen and happen very fast.

What we've seen so far in the first week of the new year is only the beginning. All of January will be an incredible shit storm. They waited till January to unleash this on humanity. If you belong to or were born into a religion, you will start to question everything about it and that is in order, too. It's very important to not feel guilty about it and not to fear any type of punishment for daring to question these things. After all you may arrive at a much stronger sense of spirituality and an unshakable faith after this process of dissecting and questioning belief systems and traditions.

You may return to the same religion, leave it entirely or start to fight for changes within it even if it's just for yourself. All of this is fine. You have a right to do this. None of the proponents of any religion have a right to expect you to not have any questions. You feel like digging very deep this time, going back to the origins and verifying what is true for you without the fear of being looked down upon by religious establishment and your community, without fear of a greater force punishing you for being curious.

TPTB think they are pursuing their plans in secret, but it is becoming impossible. You feel an urge to do your thing more than ever before. You want to do what you feel you came here for whatever it is or whatever you arrived at thinking is a necessary contribution to the world by you, whether it is any form of artistic expression, a new type of business, a book, a movie or documentary you want to make, a community you want to start etc. And you are right. It's a good time to start, at least to start seriously planning and finding like minded people to team up with.

You feel the feelings of guilt and self sabotage drop away even if it appears to still be a great struggle. Eventually it leads to wanting to guiltlessly love yourself and do good things for yourself.

You become more seriously interested in healthy life style and make serious changes not only in theory as you used to.

You experience uplifting and astonishing changes as you start to vibe on a higher frequency after you embark on these healthy life style changes mainly revolving around diet, detox and fasting.

Many things suddenly click and you see that the mental illness of our leaders has a lot to do with their diets.

I have unlocked something that has opened truth to me and allowed me to be ok in any situation. Based on past events, I gotta say I'm not deserving, but I am eternally grateful.

Early on I set bars for myself and have always failed to meet them when push comes to shove. I tend to expect more of myself. I'm learning to love me at this point and forgive myself.
