Major Energy Shift in Progress

This fall's energy phase will be stronger than what we have received before. Symptoms that you may experience as you're shifting into this new frequency:

- extreme lethargy
- feeling like you have been drugged or haven't slept in days
- brain fog and forgetfulness
- difficulties focusing, but it doesn't bother you.
- you feel like you want to lie around all day
- a deep feeling of trust that things are exactly as they are meant to be for the highest good of yourself and all
- inner equilibrium, a feeling of peace
- increased appetite on certain days interchanged by days of wanting to fast
- bowel explosions!! releasing of old and toxic energy in explosive ways
- little pains quickly coming and going (anywhere in your body)
- a feeling of being wise and mature, forgiving towards others
- you don't get upset in situations you used to
- you completely cease to crave certain foods, usually the less healthy ones
- you may a dislike for coffee (if you're usually a coffee drinker)
- vivid dreams

Those symptoms above are noticeable by the higher evolved people who have already done a lot of clearing, are more aware of energy and understand the benefits of 'surrender'. It's mostly additional calibration for those.
Add to the list:
- greasy and faster growing hair
- throat chakra clearing (manifesting as sore throat and coughing) as the voice bands are picking up the new frequencies first.
- an increased trust in the power of source versus in any media based information. even reading books doesn't interest you at this time
- As the energy enters through the top first, you may also feel pressure in your head and some spinal adjustments resulting from the flow of energy which is gentle yet powerful. Therefore also the feeling of vertigo and dizziness.
- more joint flexibility
Don't worry about the fog. You are integrating, a time of stillness is needed to integrate. You will see clear again.

We must not forget the impact this shift is going to gave on the collective consciousness.
The big shift that is coming up will eliminate all that doesn't resonate with the higher frequencies. It will just crumble and fall no matter how aggressively they try to old on to it and keep the old habits of control in place. The new energy just absorbs the darkness with its low frequencies. As their egos are interfering with the flow, they mainly only harm themselves.

Everything that takes too much effort and is exhausting is not meant to be in your energetic field. You can just stop giving it attention and your own energy. Give yourself time and permission for resting periods.
Manifestation becomes easier and faster when what you manifest resonates with your soul. Do what you love and it will increase.

Black Moon this weekend.

Black moons are rare and happen about every 32 months. The second new moon in one months is called Black Moon.

To be honest, I ponder these questions multiple times a day, everyday, and I feel I'm having some real heaviness weigh on me this morning. Almost as if something is turning my key to ignite my engine to be ready but my spark plugs need to be changed.

Good. Your spark plugs are intact. you just need to dust them off a little and remember your essence. It's all there. It stays with you just like once you know how to ride a bike, you'll know forever, you just have to keep practicing to not lose your sense of and ability to stay centered when the going gets rough. The energy may feel a bit dark and heavy, that is because it's so incredibly potent. You can't be scared. It's super fuel. Have fun with it.

nothing major will happen in terms of interference with technology, but if you're not too addicted to your gadgets and technology....just turn off your tvs, computers and cell phones, use candles, go within and meditate :-) it's a good time to connect and communicate with the invisible energies of the universe instead of being tuned into the human made tech grid.

It's wonderful to here from you OP once in a while, as this is a very important thread during these important times.

What you said has resonated with my own personal experience- this persistent feeling that cannot be ignored and only grows stronger...knowing how much our lives are controlled in every aspect. The deep yearning to break free completely and live the life we choose to, regardless of what others say, do, or think. "Live and let live."


It's very hard now to go about the normal day-to-day routines because no matter how much I try and get involved, it just does not feel quite right. There is frustration coming from within that is persistent and is very honest, saying to trust oneself and forget about the rest..

Like you mentioned, listening to our inner authority instead of books, 'experts', teachers, mainstream news, etc. When we neglect to listen to our intuition and instead listen to the mainstream media, we make the mistake of unknowingly handing them over our power.

There is too much information overloading the senses these days, easily accessible and most of it of low quality or misleading. Gadgets, technology and screens everywhere which clutters the air with noise, light and distracting people from meditating or being silent in the stillness..



Many souls are lost in the darkness and turn to vices or comforting habits/addictions in order to numb and block out the incoming energies, and their own feelings. I am guilty of this myself lately and am putting forth the energy necessary in order to change from the inside out- a transformation of sorts. May difficulty makes us all stronger.

Interesting you say that, I see a swirling rainbow colour light too at times. At first I was scared of it or thought it had something to do with the third eye, it's good to hear that others see it too...

Awesome. A sudden feeling of 'certain music' that resonates is a strong sign of this shift. it can be something you haven't heard since childhood or since you were a teenager. It's positive feelings that have been blocked off entering your energetic field in whatever way they knock, let them in.

Can you expand a bit on this, how to create one's reality? I know this world is shaped by how we perceive it and our beliefs/biases/opinions can be limiting prisons or can free us.

The issue is I have been having to focus more on money and practical earthly things, however I feel it diminishes my contact with Spirit. (ex. money mindedness and its effects on the chakras, especially third eye)

I have student loan debt and other concerns so it is hard to focus on realizing a life where I enjoy what I am doing. I desire for all humanity to be free yet it seems impractical, unreachable or unrealistic at the average persons's current state of evolution.

You'd be surprised about the average state of people's evolution. Start with forgetting the belief system that contains can't, won't and words starting with im....and un....
Change towards knowing you can and everything IS possible. yes it is hard to find yourself in a situation dealing with money things. Most people do in one way or another and it may still be something you put yourself into to experience, punish yourself, gave away your power because you followed what the system required (to get your system required education) and payed for it. Undoing and emerging from those materialistic limitations may still take time and effort, but if you dissect it into small steps, go day by day and don't suffocate yourself with seeing the whole 'im'possible mountain that you still have to climb in front of you, you can just make it part of the things you gotta do without them taking away from your spirit at all.

As you free yourself internally from the bondage and don't see it as something that is holding you back, but just as a daily responsibility to take care off rationally, not too emotionally involved) the universe will get the message that there is nothing more to learn for you from the current situation and may give you some kind of break that you didn't think of or expect. The key is not to expect it, but just do what you gotta do and stay true to yourself and your soul.

Trust that there is already a critical mass of like minded people who are also connecting to change things to no longer be slaves and followers, but take responsibility to create the future THEY and YOU really want.

The new program creation can happen suddenly depending om how much you freed yourself internally or still be a process of ongoing change like when you slowly but continuously climb a mountain and then at one time turn around and look back how far you've come and how much more of the bigger picture you can see and how SMALL and INSIGNIFICANT the things that used to be so overwhelming have become.

I signed up for your site just so I could comment on this thread. I found it because I am retrospectively taking stock of what has been happening to me this year, and the shift that has taken place within me.

The OP's list of symptoms reads like a personal account of my life in recent weeks, experiencing everything but the dreams and the dislike for coffee.

I would like to share my story with you, because I feel there are perhaps others like me who are still resisting the change.

I'm British. I'm from a culture which sees spirituality as an archaic form of control, or a fashion with which counter-culture people could use to dress their ego. Britain is the old world, they had the witch trials around 500 years ago, the chances of having a real-life spiritual encounter are so slim that witches and wizards are considered something from mediaeval folklore, along with elves, dwarves and dragons.

I'm a rationalist and a scientist, and so my construct of the world was taken from classic philosophy. My understanding of the world was hand-selected according to the connection I felt to the earth. Which was nothing. I aligned myself as an existentialist and a humanist.

I'm 39 years old and have lived in Mexico for two and a half years. I live on an island in the Caribbean and so the first change I began to feel was, gradually, over time, a stronger connection to nature. Not in any tangible, physical kind of way. But my daily appreciation of the abundant beauty meant I live with a sense of constant awe and wonder that city people do not have the patience for.

The major change in me started in the spring. I live a very simple life here. I am a writer. My days are very orderly. I walk the beach, write, eat, socialise, and sleep. In the spring I began to get a sense of something I have never felt before in my life. Although I made no major changes in my impression of the world overnight, the seed had been planted at the possibility of a world beyond random chaos. I had begun to feel a sense of my own connection to order.

I have always been a practising humanist, which are essentially the same principles as Christianity. Care and love all. I used to consider myself a lucky person, I've had a wonderful, colourful life which has always effortlessly unfolded in front of me in the most fun, bountiful ways. I called myself lucky. Now, armed with an instinctive understanding of determinism, I see more clearly that there is no luck, these are only blessings.

Talking about blessings sounds like I have converted to religion, but I haven't. I understand how the world works now. You can label the divine light of pure knowledge with the name of whichever deity you please - call it the Universe or Mother Nature, if you prefer. It isn't important. What I now know is it is there, and every single human being is capable of connecting, of becoming enlightened.

The connection and enlightenment that results through it is and has always been available to everyone. See how you found a reference in Plato! Today there are opposing forces that are stronger now than ever between a push of letting all identifications and attachments go to sense the pure and unlimited and eternal being one is, to come outside the box so to speak and external efforts of certain entities that want to keep people inside the box at all costs. It is not only the urge to get out of the box that is becoming stronger, but also the cosmic forces that emanate and influence us.

Some have just opened up to the process and therefore have been experiencing extraordinary events and symptoms in and around themselves, others resist in disbelief or because their attachments to wordly and habitual things are so strong and they reject everything they don't know yet, and then there is the third group of people who are sleepers who are in such a deep sleep that they are only now hearing the alarm bell in the distance or they may even miss the train altogether.

The more people talk about this, the more it will encourage the less courageous to embark on this process, to surrender to it and to go with the flow to experience the most natural connectedness that is everyone's birthright.
