They're blowing smoke up your ass. You're might be getting sued for something and the process server is conning you to make his job, to serve you, easier. I wouldn't answer the door to strangers, stagger your schedule, avoid your typical routines, make a sport of it, make that weasel work for his pay.

google the number it came from OP, I think it's fake. If they want to summons you, they'll find you.
