I'm confused,are you saying Penn was able to locate and interview this wanted criminal when no one else was able to find him?
Has Penn ever interviewed a person for Rolling Stone before and if not why was he chosen to do this interview?

Chapo fell off. Giving in to attention and fame just proves he died like a coward before actually dying. That was not the original gangster way Chapo, you should have remained a ghost!
