its not a secret dude, im pretty sure its in jet fuel.

But with that stance, you have no argument from me. Airplane exhaust is like any exhaust, and is bad from engine start to stop. Those trails are just water ice. The bad stuff is there seen or unseen. Good. We are getting somewhere now. So could it be that the composition of the jet fuel has been changed at some point and thats the reason people remember no such trails before?
