A good weight loss pill that's often overlooked
In the morning when we east breakfast we break fast or stop our fasting. Since ideally during a good long sleep, we're also not eating or fasting.

So the longer the fast, the more weight will be loosed, and as a huge benefit, this will also strengthen your immune system, and recharge your body and mind more fully. So you'll feel better and have more energy for the following day.

So regarding pills, there are natural herbs and supplements you can take to help with this. And if you prefer not to, there other techniques you can do to help ensure you get a good sleep.

I don't want to get too much into this, maybe people can share what works for them, but the point I wanted to make is the importance of sleep for weight loss.
