Sometimes when I do this I mentally imagine friends, neighbors, or even the drivers and passengers of the cars around me, and invite them to participate if they'd like for the highest good of all concerned.

I've seen three small miracles take place in others already, and there could be a hundred more I don't know about.

How much do I believe in the power of this nearly effortless technique?

So much so that I have placed an intention to change careers or at least to branch out in a major way due to this simple video. For twenty years, my focus has been on bringing the cure for cancer to a much wider public awareness.

Curing cancer sounds like a pinnacle right? Although that news is great, there is an even bigger component in our lives that encompasses curing cancer.

I want to teach this and other power remedies to high school students and to others. It might take a year for this new career path to happen, but I'm placing that intention out there.

What is so beautiful about this effort is that, if you've ever had the least desire to make a difference in this world, you can share this video if you wish and make your life and the lives of those you touch immeasurably happier and healthier.

I'm not getting paid to share this video - I just simply love what it is doing for me and the people around me.

You and I could spread the 'infection' of loving kindness throughout the world faster than anything I've seen thus far in my life.

It's all about reprogramming the subconscious mind with affirmations combined with more importantly making sure that you don't overstimulate your sympathetic nervous system by relaxing and not "fighting" the negative emotions from the subconscious but rather accepting them, relaxing, and choosing different thoughts. The emotions will follow with time.

I have done this for over 10 years. It is one of the things that has made me very succesful (except on typing and typos, hehe). You actually need to get rid of all negativity and take things in the positive way. Always be a half full glass kind of person. It will attract the same kind of people to you, and they will want to help you, and so will you to them. This has all to do with love. You emit this, your body will emit this and people are like antenaes and will gear towards it. It helps with your body because you are in a state of high immune system performance. Stress= decreases immune system, thus is very easy to fall ill of any kind of disease.

Stay true, stay positive, emit love, even to those that desire you wrong, that are bad towards you. You will change them if you keep your path true.

For what it's worth if you have young kids under 5-6 years of age some of the best things you can do to shape their future is to expose them to some of these positive affirmations along with showing them love and exposing them to positive thoughts of strength, calmness, courage, relaxed confidence...
