I have also had several, what I guess would be anxiety attacks. I've never felt anything like that before.
My lack of sleep seems even less, wake up at 3am now instead of 4am.
I could use some time out in nature...

Im getting only 2 hours sleep before waking feeling something is wrong, like the sun rising in the wrong place, but hey as the average age of the populations becomes lower the voices of the peope who are old enough to remember are old becoming drowned out

I think we all feel it, empath or not. My sleep's been really screwed up for a couple of weeks now, at least. Power just keep ramping up, and up, and up. Where it ends? Who knows. Either blows our systems out, or propels us somewhere else.

Just realized there's a full moon tomorrow.

Full moons are all about the end of a cycle and purging and letting go of what no longer works for us. Makes sense that a lot of energy has been building up lately...

Mercury is also coming out of retrograde, so that probably also has something to do with the current insanity.

Idk if anyone follows astrology, but it seems to be spot on as far as why things feel the way they do.

That full moon affected me pretty heavily this month, which sucks because my cycle's not synchronized with it, so it's like having a double wave of hormones.
Mercury was conjuncting Pluto when it went direct, so that's powerful too. Yesterday was a NEW day, fresh energy. That big wave of pressure kind of rolled over, although I think/feel there's another big one rolling up soon.
