By thinking / feeling about a past or future, we either construct or re-construct thoughtforms creating a narration of sort. Linear time. A story of sort. It can feed into the cognition, then becomes a belief thus sequential shaping belief, perspective, and then perception. While if a belief is increasingly becoming held, it can act as pre-determiner of some future actions and no matter what event that happen outside of an individual with belief, he or she will either conscious or subconsciously correlates it to as being in agreement with his or her belief in order to function coherently within universe. With that in mind, some of other people who look at time differently can potentially take advantage (eg. control) of that for whatever reason.

b. Perceptive Chaotic of Things
By thinking / feeling about the 'now' moment, we actualize an event and experience it as it is. Timeless experience.

c. Merge and Situational Dependence, of a and b
Thinking / feeling about the now while with a degree of awareness of what happening relative to an individual, this is as prioritizing a moment to moment action based on a shaping belief.

Ultimately, this leads us to talking about the truth (a belief) being shaped in-between a belief, perspective, and perception.
