In our head, our heart, and our stomach. Spirit, Soul, Body. Well most of us do.... Your posts are so well thought out. I feel the same way about the ego. Something seems fishy about those telling people they need to lose it. Sometimes I honestly ask myself if my spirit is gone. Though if I'm asking myself that question, i feel like it's most likely still there... albeit it is probably severely diminished. I wonder if our spirit sends us messages that it may be dimming out and to pay attention before it's too late. That's the message I feel like I've gotten and why I started to wake up and wanted to connect with it like time was running out. Considering all of the distractions around us, I'm not surprised if people completely lose connection to their heart mind. Since trying to connect with mine I've started to feel worse... Idk why that is, honestly. Maybe I'm now able to realize how disconnected I became where before I was comfortably numb to it. It seems that it is the spirit which animates us and why we're "trapped" here in the first place. Maybe spirits are needed in order to create this physical reality. In that case, maybe they are never gone, but just get really disconnected. It seems if one already had a spirit that it could not leave. Just a theory. I still think there could be humans which are artificially animated in some way... not sure how that would work. I feel like I keep throwing a lot of stuff out on your threads... your posts make me ponder even more questions than I already had. Glad I'm not the only one contemplating these things :) |

Gut feelings, my heart feels... Quoting: Anonymous Coward 71285570 Agreed. My wife and I just had a discussion on how some people refuse to listen to that "gut instinct" when it could be a matter of safety or danger. “When you’re dead you’re dead, but you’re not quite so dead if you contribute something” -John Dunsworth |

In our head, our heart, and our stomach. Spirit, Soul, Body. Well most of us do.... Sorry I have not posted back to you. Now I can' get onto GLP on my computer at all (blocked). Many "work arounds" are not working. So I probably won't be on this site that much anymore. Using my phone is annoying. To your question, YES meditation is so awesome to realign the order in which our "brains" are working. Basically thinking with our heart/spirit first. There will be a peace that comes over me and it will last a couple days, maybe more. I personally feel the best doing it an hour every day. It can be hard at first, and you should have no expectations. And you should not demand of yourself to do it every day and make it feel like a job you HAVE to do. And it might actually be irritating at first. It is for some people. Their soul/ego will get annoyed. The goal is to empty your mind. VERY much easier said than done. What I do to get started, is take a third party view in my own head. There will be lots of thoughts in there. But I will try to listen to them as if they are not my own. They feel like something you are thinking like "this is stupid" "this won't work" "I can't shut my brain off" "I wonder who will win the game" blah blah. But even though most of them are coming from your soul (but outside evil things can also impersonate you), you can still view those thoughts from an outside perspective. You are paying close attention to what is being done in your mind. Eventually it will get quieter and quieter, and you should just try your best to go as long as you can without a signficant train of thought happening. You shut them down when they start. When one gets through, you don't feel bad, just keep at it. It is hard. Don't feel bad at it. I think the best is to lay on your back in a room with the lights off. For me is does not have to be night or anything. Some people say try not to move a muscle. Forget that. That has more to do with trying to leave your body. (Don't try that...esp when you don't know what you are doing. Many argue never do it) So if you absolutely feel like turning on your side, that is fine. But back seems to be the most effective because it is providing equal air flow and balance to both hemispheres of your brain. The right brain gets shut off a lot in most people, and meditaing helps with that issue as well. Which brings me to my next point. Binaural Beats. They are awesome! They activate both hemispeheres of the brain back and forth quickly. They personally put me into a deep state very quickly. What they do is send different sounds, tones, frequencies, whatever, to your two different ears in a purposeful way. You MUST use headphones. Just youtube them. And you can use an outside website to download the mp3 from the youtube video. Just search 'youtube to mp3' and find one that allows a longer video to be converted. I like the hour long ones. I like them to be downloaded, because when the hour is over the next one will start, and if I feel like I want to keep going I can. Don't push yourself with these. You will know if your brain has had enough. There are different ones to choose from. Some more melodic others more monotone. It is obviously up to you which one works the best. I usually start with a melodic one and than the second is more monotone (seems to bring it in even deeper). I have never really made it past two hours because my mind just feels done. MANY times I fall asleep. Don't feel bad about that. But yeah this is all stuff to help you feel good, like taking a bubble bath would be. It shouldn't be like a daily shower you feel you have to do to be doing the right thing. Enjoy it! (These are all my opinions.. I am NOT an expert and haven't research very much. Just learned from trial and error) -Anna |

In our head, our heart, and our stomach. Spirit, Soul, Body. Well most of us do.... This is an excellent thread, OP. Thank you very much! This quote of yours is something that I've been thinking about for a while and trying resonate to some kind of solution: I am not sure if the beings that have decided to consciously cut off their spirits and feed off of us can get them back. They are feeding on us and on animal life, etc. How do we return their hearts to them is what I'm wondering. I know it's a matter of free will and choice. However, I think at the root of the issue, if things are to get better for humanity and life on this planet, something needs to be done about these people and entities. Would be nice and easier to return their hearts and connection to source once again. I'd be willing to give a little piece of my heart to them...to help heal and return light to them. Anyway, thanks for your timely post :-)) |
