Niburu, is is here and if its a threat, will martial law be a preperation for its crossing?

All right, there is speculations of a brown dwarf, kinda like the long awaited niburu. As I have been too distracted with other conspiracies, I forgot my favorite one, the giant Earth one upper that many of us had dreamt about it.

Why the timing now? Was it the comet ISON? Did that distract us to forget nibs? Also the new projected orbit of this "newly discovered" planet os quite suspiciously close to the ancient sumerian depiction of the planet of crossing!
