I'm sure the judge that has already ruled will concede to some local sheriff...

Just like occupying the bird building didn't start a movement. Just like how the Hammond family didn't want to resist. If you watch the video, you can tell he just wants them release because he is afraid of an armed conflict and is scared of people getting hurt. Not a constitutional sherriff but one scared of conflict. Wow, you sure act like you know a lot, and you are not in favor of releasing the Hammonds. What say you? Id be happy if nobody got arrested after this and hope the occupiers have great lawyers.
