OREGON GUN GRABBERS GOING INSANE!

As we told you Tuesday, this bill would allow a laundry list of unqualified people to make a secret report and accuse you of “experiencing a mental health emergency” at which point you lose your right to purchase a firearm. You would not be told this report was filed against you, you would not know who filed it or when it expires.


It also allows any any doctor, “health care provider” or “licensed mental health professional” to make a secret accusation against you.

How does one go about making a law? I think there ought to be a law protecting the masses from the insane liberals!!!

On top of all that, when the voters spoke to allow this current short session in Oregon ( Yes, I'm a 45th Parallel Person) it was only for budgeting reason and not for fake emergency clause bills. Do you understand that?

They are not legally allowed to write, attempt to write or try to pass out of committee anything not directly budget related.

The Biggest Headache is:

Section 27 of the Oregon Constitution. They would have to try to muster a public vote and change it. Not likely to happen with ALL of Bloombergs money. That would just expose the corruption and they don't want that.

Rep. Bill Post will explain to you that they didn't include the words " doesn't say we can't lie and change the rules" so this is their motive.
