For months now I've been noticing a couple weird sensations happening to me. One is often I feel this energy wave staring from my center (heart area) and going up and down my body. The other is my hands and feet tingling and almost buzzing. I also on occasion get a high pitched frequency in one ear.

Anyone know specifically what this is?

Could I harness and direct this energy to help better my life and those around me?

I have been getting into spiritual stuff somewhat recently (within the last year), so excuse my ignorance on this subject.

And btw, I'm young and relatively healthy, so I know it's not a physical issue.
