The Urantia Book is over 2000 pages long and had you read those 2000 pages I can guarantee you would be a changed person. Nobody who wades thru that whole thing is left the same. thank you. advise was taken. been suffering from this for 2 years. it took 1/8 of a teaspoon of magnesium citrate. the tingling stopped in 20 minutes.

I wasn't going to post in here OP but after reading a lot of the replies I have to come out and say I have been experiencing the same feeling of fluttering within my chest region I'm relatively healthy also vegan diet for about a year now I asked my wife to feel my pulse and listen to my heart she said it sounded normal but its almost an anxious feeling I have also been following a path to enlightenment and elevation from this prison I have been having dream repetitively of the same nature and from what I can tell similar environments and they all involve battle against some form of infected being its not like zombies all the way just infected with darkness of some sort also I recently found myself just reaching out a man on the train who was experiencing hurt so much that he slapped himself in front of the other passengers and my spirit just leaped into action causing me to gently confront the man and just convey to him that I cared for him of course he screamed and yelled but I was brave enough to stay and not flinch even though he was lunging ate I stood there and I don't know if he hit me I wouldn't hit him back i just touched his hand softly and he pulled back immediately he was so upset and then I just crying because I knew that he was destroying himself lol I did all this on the train I put my head down and prayed in front of all those people I have never been in this situation before lol I'm a black man according to society and I'm really huge in stature I know they were shocked on that train but I know that man will never forget me anyways I'm a bad story teller and its very cold where I'm at so that's my 2cents I hope it adds up to a dollar for you ha-ha best luck in your journey
