Gas emissions and magmatic activity have been recorded, Peru

The gases reach 500 meters and contain sulfuric acid, carbon and calcium,” said Macedo. He informed that the distance prevents the nearby communities being affected by the emissions.

We visited there last year. It's amazing. All of Peru is covered with mystery and ancient sites. I'm married to a Peruvian that had never seen any of this growing up. Was an amazing vacation.

The reason why it's going active is, Because some realtor
was showing a house near the foot of El Misti Volcano and said to the potential buyers.....don't worry about being near the volcano....it will never erupt again.
