Anyone into positive affirmations?

I have searched and searched..
I got into affirmations in 2013 and back then I researched YouTube videos. For the longest time I thought Louse Hay was a redhead middle aged (like 40 to 50) and slightly on the heavy side female. So I guess I have stumbled on a woman like that back then and her voice sounded somewhat similar to Louise's.

I don't know why but even if I listen to Hay's affirmations I tend to get a better result if I imagine that woman is the one who is speaking. I guess she looked more woman-next-door than Louise Hay. I am interested to find her but I couldn't track her. Does the description match that of any of the new though movement? I cannot find the affirmations by that gracious obese redhead.
