Quoting: THEREALDONDODDA Why do they keep getting to sell us this story? Why do people want to keep reliving it? It was a pivotal moment in world history. Makes for a good dramatic movie as well as a good violent video game. Why wouldn't someone want to capitalize this era? |

They have been reorganizing the history of the wars since the end of them. Even tho we are still in them. Change the sides. Who was doing what for what reasons. Hitler was esoteric in all ways. He was so deep in the Thule society, and black lotus society. America wants to hide that. The alien connection. The jews lying about the Holocaust, how America and Britain purposely carpet bombed civilians throughout Germany instead of hitting German soldiers. So long answer short, the more they make games and movies, the more the newer generation will have no clue what truly happened. If they tell the lie enough it becomes true |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 71368457 What other reason do you need? No, they don't. Also, really old people spend less on movies and video games. A lot of the people who are retired, but not really old are no t greatest generation at all. They are Lost Generation (they were children during 30s and 40s. Or, they are Baby Boomers who started being born right after WWII. The youngest greatest generation people were born in the mid 20s. |

Quoting: THEREALDONDODDA Why do they keep getting to sell us this story? Why do people want to keep reliving it? Simple, the parents of the baby boomers were the next generation after WWII. Really WWII shaped the baby boomer generation which impacted later generations. And that isn't to make light of the fact that WWII was the most important event of the 20th century in shaping our world. Or to make light of it being the most deadly war in human history. But really we are talking about movies and video games and WWII was just HUGE. Estimates are between 50 and 80 million people died around the world as a result of WWII. Many nations around the globe are what they are because of WWII. It was just a huge event that there are so many stories and so many themes that still interest people. Personally I enjoyed Valkyrie even though I'm not a fan of Tom Cruise. And Enemy at the Gates was an excellent movie. |
