Why?

Because viruses always give up traits when they take on new traits. Their RNA strands are very finite and only carry a limit amount of data storage.

So typically when a virus takes on being airborne it gives up something, often enough lethality.

An Airborne strain of Ebola that is 90% fatal most likely will never arise.

We already know that this current Ebola Outbreak has already traded off abilities, it exchanged a longer incubation rate for some of its lethality, thus instead of being 70-90% fatal, its between 55-60% lethal.

That is how viruses work.

If this doctor actually knew what he was talking about he wouldn't have made that idiotic statement.

But what should one expect from a person who is this crazy to believe that releasing a deadly pathogen is the solution to the worlds problems?

I think the good doctor should set the example and start the depopulation himself
