No comparison between this savage, barbaric practice and circumcision, and anyone who says they are equally bad is likely a misogynist or an extreme simpleton. The purpose behind each alone are worlds apart. Some men like my father willingly went as adults to get circumcised. You will never find a woman who, by her own will, goes to get her clitorus sliced off.
As others have said, it's done purely to prevent a woman from enjoying ANY sexual pleasure. I can't speak for all men but my lovers all seemed to really enjoy sex with their circumcised penises. Stop talking about circumcision in these threads. What's done to these poor girls and women deserves its own and entirely separate discussion.
