Sometimes I wonder if these stories are published with the intention of drawing support for some sort of military action action against NK.
Let's face it, TPTB are desperate for a war with someone.

Nothing this man does would surprise me including trying to launch a preemptive nuclear strike if he ever becomes capable of it. He is so delusional he probably wholly believes that he and his people could survive the resulting retaliation. And if not his "people" at least he'd think that HE would survive...and yes I agree, he's clinically insane.
