There is no deal without Treaty change - all the EU have to do is amend any 'deal' later. Cameron's fooling no-one and all of Britain knows it. What else can you expect from Junker? Only BS. I really don't like him, with all of his hugs, kisses, touchings he giving to other leaders. Just like they're his pets or something. I can tell what he give us:
