Maybe darker skin women look a bit muscular but even Oprah looked very feminine. Someone said when black women put on weaves and wear make up they look like transvestites wearing drag. That's funny but apparently black women are the most muscular looking women. I think the lighter black women like Tyra Banks look very feminine. I think the darker the skin the more manlike she looks.
