They are the pawns of the powers that be...they are the moving pieces of friction that helps keep their status quo by both questioning it and offering no real solutions...so their practices and ideologies stay in your mind and over time...become the right thing to do.

And you think they should be given an opportunity to get out of poverty? Their place and position (or slot) of society is poverty based on their decisions!
